LDV assets sold after nine weeks

 

The assets of van and truck manufacturer LDV have been sold on after the company was placed into administration in June.

Administrators Rob Hunt, Mark Hopkins and Matthew Hammond of PricewaterhouseCoopers said the assets had been sold to company Eco Concept Limited.

Contracts have now been exchanged and formal completion of the contracts is expected to occur in the next four weeks.

The sale followed a nine week intensive period of due diligence. The company went into administration on Monday, 8 June 2009
